DELIVERY

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible – in 99% of cases orders completed before 3pm Monday-Friday will arrive with you the next working day. Please note delivery timescales advertised are subject to receipt of cleared payment received no later than 3pm. Please be aware that delivery to the following postcodes may incur carriage surcharges and may take up to 48hrs for delivery:

Northern Ireland & Ireland, AB31 - AB56, IV1 - IV40, IV52 - IV54, IV63, KW1 - KW14 including Orkney Islands, PA21 - PA38, PH4 - PH50, HS1 - HS9, all Western Isles, IV41 - IV51, IV55 & IV56 (SKYE), KA27 & KA28, KW15 - KW17, PA20, PA41 - PA78, ZE including Shetlands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight and BFPO addresses.

We dispatch all orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed over weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Please note all order will require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. Please be aware that with heavy items the courier may require assistance to unload your order.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO REUNION OR CANARIES ISLANDS. ANY ORDERS TO THESE LOCATIONS WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.

ALTHOUGH WE ARE ABLE TO SHIP TO BALERIC ISLANDS, SICILY OR SARDINIA; ORDERS TO THESE LOCATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF £25. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED FOR THIS PAYMENT BEFORE YOUR ORDER CAN BE DISPATCHED.

RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to return your order please contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. We ask that all returning items are provided in an un-used state in their original packaging.

If your item is faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt of your order. Our friendly and honest advisors will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

If you have purchased an item by mistake or have changed your mind about a purchase please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Please note if your order has been dispatched any refund may be minus postage costs associated with shipping your order (including where items are advertised as free delivery).

We cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost in the post, therefore please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage.
