Just browse our Catalogue, simply ‘click’ on any of the items that you wish to buy & put them into the Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the ‘Order’ tab & you will be asked for a few details to enable us to process your order.

Prices and payment

Paying for your order couldn’t be simpler. We accept the majority of credit and debit cards over the phone or through our online ordering system. We also accept payment via direct bank transfer or PayPal. We do not charge surcharges for any payment method we accept. Here at Gravity Performance we believe in clear, honest prices. All our prices include VAT and delivery charges within the UK mainland. Unlike some of our competitors who quote their prices without Vat, which will need to be added at the end of the purchase, some will even add a surcharge for payments and handling of goods. You can rest assured that with us: Export customers please note there may be additional shipping charges applied to your order. If additional charges are to be applied, we will contact you before any payment is processed. When purchases are made through our finance option, Gravity Performance remain responsible for the quality and performance of the goods. Customers with any issues should contact Gravity Performance and not the finance provider directly.

Delivery and returns information

At Gravity Performance we offer you our best prices but to do this all our website prices only include delivery to the UK mainland. If your delivery address is outside the UK mainland please be aware there may be additional shipping charges. If this is the case; we will contact you before any payment is processed. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. If there is going to be a delay with dispatching your order we will contact you to advise you of this. We buy all our products in bulk in order to keep prices low and ensure we always have what you’re looking for in stock. However there may be occasions we are out of stock of a product you have ordered. If this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payments made for the product in question. Any goods found to be faulty within 12 months of purchase will be repaired and where this is not possible, replaced. Please be aware that Gravity Performance will not be held responsible for any labour costs incurred for fitting of our products whether faulty or not. Please note all items must be installed by a qualified mechanic at a registered garage. Failure to do this will invalidate any warranty and returns policy. Along with this, if you no longer require any items within your order, you have 14 days after delivery to cancel your order and return the goods back to us. All of our products are made with the highest quality materials and checked prior to dispatching. If you have any issues with your product, you have the right to contact us and for us to get the issue resolved, in accordance of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Inclusive tax

Tax Charges – For orders made within the UK 20.00% VAT is already added. All other orders outside the EU are VAT free & you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero if you are in this category.


Credit Card Security – All credit card numbers are encrypted in our system when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our secure sales computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Please note

Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Goods will only be released after full payment funds have been cleared or authorised.
